END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THIS SOFTWARE

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the mentioned author of this Software for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online"
or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights:
YOU MAY:
a) Install the SOFTWARE on any computers or workstations;
b) reproduce and distribute unlimited number of the SOFTWARE
c) Physically transfer the SOFTWARE from one (1) computer to any computers

YOU MAY NOT:
a) Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, create derivative works based on, or copy (except to create the back-up copy) the SOFTWARE
b); Remove any proprietary notices, labels, or marks from the SOFTWARE.
c) The screen-saver shall be used for purposes of appreciation and study. Any attempts of decoding, decompiling or reverse engineering to the product for business purposes by any user are prohibited. It is severely restricted to copy or record by any means the video, audio and any other resources included in this software.

2. UPGRADE PRODUCTS. Any upgrades to the SOFTWARE is free and may only be used in conjunction with the prior version of the SOFTWARE.

3. DUAL-MEDIA SOFTWARE. You may receive the SOFTWARE in more than one medium. Regardless of the type or size of medium you receive, you may use only one medium that is appropriate for your single computer. You may not use or install the other medium on another computer. You may not loan, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the other medium to another user, except as part of the permanent transfer (as provided above) of the SOFTWARE.
4.Termination.
Without prejudice to any other rights, the Author of this Software may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.

5. COPYRIGHT.
All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by the Author of this Software. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material except that you may install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes.

6.LIMITED WARRANTY

NO WARRANTIES.
The Author of this Software expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.

NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.
In no event shall the author of this Software be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if the Author of this Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The author of the software supports the actions of imitation by the user during the process of study and appreciation for the purposes of body training and building. But the author shall not be liable for any results occurred during practice, including any damages or injuries of the body of the practicer himself/ herself or other people.
